Fozzey & VanC are a two-member up-and-coming band from Queensland well on their way to worldwide fame. They’ve appeared with Flo Rida and were nominated for Cairns #1 Urban Act in the annual timeOUT awards. They were also recognized as Queensland’s #1 Hip Hop act on ReverbNation,. Blending hip-hop with urban, electro, and pop influences, their sound is crisp and catchy.

I’m going to cheat with Big Bang because, like many Asian artists, they have for the most part released mini-albums instead of full albums, and it wasn’t until quite some time after their initial success that they began releasing real albums. Far East Movement is a rising Asian hip-hop group with whom I’ve been gradually falling in love(and yes, their logo does look rather like a Communist banner – it’s not intentional, deal with it)
